- Thats exactly what scum like this relies on to stay in business. Here in
- the US its really bad. As soon as a company comes "under investigation"
- in closes up and crosses state lines, opens up again under a different
- name, and the law can't do much. I've seen this many times on "60
- minutes" and similar type shows.
