  19. Thats exactly what scum like this relies on to stay in business.  Here in 
  20. the US its really bad.  As soon as a company comes "under investigation" 
  21. in closes up and crosses state lines, opens up again under a different 
  22. name, and the law can't do much.  I've seen this many times on "60 
  23. minutes" and similar type shows.
